These Terms govern your use of Rula. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Rula.
The service
Rula is an AI-powered personal assistant that helps you manage work and life tasks, communication, scheduling, and more. Features and integrations may change over time.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Rula — including unlawful activity, infringing others’ rights, attempting to breach security, reselling the service without permission, or using it to generate harmful or abusive content.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Whop. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Whop; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
AI output & no professional advice
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete — verify anything important before relying on it. Rula is not a substitute for professional advice. Health and finance features are informational only and are not medical, legal, or financial advice.
Third-party services
When you connect services like Google, or use an AI provider, your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. We’re not responsible for third-party services.
Intellectual property
Rula and its software are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the service to you.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rula is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Rula anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
